i agree with the above post, yes it will be absorbed your vagina is a mucous membrane. no not on a drug test will it be noticeable. they have perameters that they base the drug testing off of. so no the new job you are testing for is not at risk.
It's possible to absorb it but what is underneath the nail is so minimal it would not even register.
