What are those little white marks on your fingernails?

What are those little white marks on your fingernails?
There are a few possible reasons for those white spots:


1. bruises, injuries to the base of the nail.


2. poor nutrition - lack of zink.


3. fungal infection.
dunno, but i've had 'em for years...
bruises.

i dont know if you believe this, because i dont even know if its the truth...but there are sayings from my ancestors says that those white things on your fingernails usually exist when you are worried about something..like if you are having some sort of problems or etc..
