What are the longest fingernails you ever seen in person?

Oh my gosh....once at the mall I saw a lady with nails so extremely long that they actually curled down and around her fingers. She said it took one bottle of nail polish to do EACH nail!! And to be honest, it was horrible looking. I couldn't see how in the world she could even use her hands efficiently with those awful things hanging down off her fingers. I took a modeling class when I was 13, the teacher was a model from Africa, I don't remember which country for sure. She had nails about two inches past her fingertip, and they were real. They were her natural nails, not fakes! She always wore bright red, shiny polish on them too.
