What are those white specks under your fingernails?

They are bruises. You get them from bumping your nails on things, when you dont even notice! Some people's nails bruise super easy, so you have to be careful not to hit them hard on anything.





You can buy things like clear nail polish with vitamins and minerals, or diamond dust to help strenghthen your nails so they are stronger. You can get that kind of stuff at any drugstore or like walmart/walgreens, just about anywhere that sells beauty products. Sally hansen has really good things that I have used, and they make my nails much stronger and healthier looking!What are those white specks under your fingernails?

yeah, they are from calcium deficiency! (sp?)

Bruises. Wait for them to grow out, that's all you can do. Try to keep from smashing your fingers.
