Flat soft nails, ridged nails, ect. all had an underlying health condition, would like to find it, but can't remember in what magazine it was posted?Years back read an article about telling your health by looking at your fingernails. anyone know where to find?

There are infinite signs of disease that may be found in the nails. I suggest you see a doctor if you have any concers since some of teh nail signs are difficult to distinguish. Some are rather benign, whereas others can be very serious.
